BANG! The gun goes off and the runners jump from their starting blocks. They are in a race! It's not for money or for success, but for something far more valuable. We read in scripture that living for and following Jesus Christ is "narrow," "the way is hard," "few enter it," "we must take up our cross," "we must fight the fight," "we must run the race," but how do we start and how can we continue when we do start this race? Being a Christ follower isn't about starting the race and then coasting, but it's about starting a life of faith, adventure, and running towards a goal. What goal you may be asking? If you're going into 6th grade through 12th grade come join the race on Wednesday nights and begin your race of faith!
