Women's Ministry
It is the
purpose and vision of the women's ministry team to build
lasting relationships among women in which we can
accurately portray and live out the love of
Christ.
Women's Special Events Team:
WCB Women’s
Ministry has formed a new team, Women’s Special Events
Team. The role of this team is to organize events that
are creative and fun where women can simply experience
God and enjoy each others company.
The next meeting is
Tuesday, January 13 at 6:30pm

If you've tried
everything and your child is still more Billy the Kid
than Billy Graham, it's time for this book. This study
offers hundreds of refreshing ways to discipline
children and is organized for busy parents; it's full of
ideas for those times when you don't know what to do.

Prayer Quilt Ministry
It's a simple idea with powerful
results. A Prayer Quilt is more than just a colorful,
comforting blanket. The warmth it provides will bring
comfort from the prayers that are tied into each knot.
The WCB Women’s Ministry has joined this national
organization. Meet twice a month making a “Prayer
Quilt”. No prior sewing experience necessary. Bring
sack lunch, drinks will be provided.
2nd & 4th Tuesdays at 5:30 – 7:30pm at Joyce Schrepel’s
home
Needs: Donated fabric and prayer quilt recipients.
Stepping Up
Beth Moore's study, Stepping Up: A Journey Through the
Psalms of Ascent, is an in-depth look at 15 Psalms. Just
as a song or poem can express feelings of fear, doubt,
hope, and joy, these 15 psalms model how study
participants can voice their own petitions and praises
to our God, who is always available and ready to hear
us. Format is video one week and then the lesson the
following week. There will be two study times to choose
from and will be on the same schedule

A woman's spiritual life can bring her deep comfort, abiding assurance, and wisdom for living. But what about those times when your worship feels dry, when prayers only bounce off the ceiling, and when God seems totally unreachable? If you are ready for a faith-lift, here is trustworthy guidance for you or your women's group.
Even in the midst of the wilderness times, the doubts, the fears, and the questions--you'll find your faith growing stronger again.

Living a Life of
Balance
We aren't just balancing our household
schedules with work, diet, rest, and exercise; we must
also consider the spiritual balance of our lives. How
are we handling the balance between faith and sight,
between love and obedience, between longing and
contentment? Only God can guide us toward the balance we
desire, and it starts with our hearts.
Wednesdays at 6:30 – 7:30 pm in Pastor Steve's Office
