Did you know you are made of dust? No for real, you are a walking and talking dirt pile! Can you believe that? Genesis 2:7 teaches us that God formed man from the dirt of the ground and breathed the breath of life into him. Crazy! Then a little later on in Genesis 2:19 it says that God made animals from the dirt of the ground. Even crazier! Genesis 3:19 tells us that we were taken from dust and to dust we will return. Come on right! So if all I am is dust does my life really matter?

Believe it or not our lives only last for a short while and then they vanish from the history books and in some cases never to be remembered again. But what if life continues after death? What if the beginnings of our lives are just the beginnings of something much greater? What if the groundwork of our lives is the start of something much bigger than we even know?
 
If you are in 6th-12th grade you’ll have to come on Wednesday nights and find out what we’re up to. We hope your groundwork is much more than dirt.

Youth Ministry Mission 

 In youth ministry, our mission is to initiate, promote, and develop opportunities for youth to hear the good news of Jesus Christ, mature in their walk with Jesus Christ, and to share the good news of Jesus Christ with others. We do this through Christ centered bible studies, service/outreach to our community, and fellowship opportunities where youth are able to connect not only with each other but with adults who can help and encourage them on their faith journey.

Opportunities for youth to gather include Wednesday nights, monthly action weeks, short term mission opportunities, and game nights on select Friday nights.
